Built on a love of the perfect roll

Slowrolls started with a simple obsession: the perfect cinnamon bun. Soft, slow-proofed dough, a deeply caramelised swirl, and just enough glaze to finish. We are a small Reykjavik kitchen baking the kind of rolls we always wished we could buy — unhurried, made by hand, and never cut short.

How it works

Baked to order, never sat on a shelf

We bake by order, in small batches, out of a rented certified kitchen here in Reykjavik. Nothing sits overnight — every box is proofed and baked fresh for your pickup slot. That keeps our scale small, our quality high, and every roll as good as the last.
